Paramount youth Services is a licensed residential youth service provider in good standing with the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS). We specialize in therapeutic, community-based programs for court-involved male adolescents.

Independent Living Skills (e.g. job readiness preparation, employment/ apprenticeship opportunities at the Naval Shipyard, secure housing in the community prior to discharge, etc.)
